There are four parts to the program.
Free introductory phone call
In the call with Robert Hargrove, you will get your questions answered, and you and Robert will see if working together is a good fit and if you or your group want to continue.
You must be working with 2 clients
You must have at least two clients that you are working with where you will be able to apply what you are learning and demonstrate the ability to get results.
There are 10 calls with Robert
In the 60 min phone or Zoom calls, Robert goes over the 12 Conversations, engaging with you on how to apply them with your clients, as well as to assess how things are going.
Check-in calls, text messages, emails
Robert makes himself available for a 10-minute check-in call, text messages, or emails to touch base and support you with any issues you may have.

I am the CEO of Masterful Coaching, Co-Director of the Harvard Leadership Research Project, and CEO Whisperer to many CEOs and top teams.
I’ve coached the Chairman of the NY Stock Exchange, Fortune 500 CEO of the Year, European Businessman of the Year, and Presidential Appointees.
I took what I learned coaching these and other leaders and created a methodology that I could then transfer to other people who wanted to coach executives and business owners.
