Each person is asked to come with a “swing for the fence” goal for their business or department and to be prepared to make a presentation on their strategy for reaching it.

Each participant fills out a self-assessment based on seven skills (below). They also ask three people for feedback about how they could be a more effective executive.

Leadership  Program

In this highly interactive program, people are provided with the points of view, skills, and capabilities of a world-class executive. People self-reflect on the 1 or 2 areas where they need to grow and create a plan.
