Coach Mentoring – How this Works
Free introductory phone call
In the call with Robert Hargrove, you will get your questions answered, and you and Robert will see if working together is a good fit and if you want to continue.
You must be working with 2 clients
You must have at least two clients that you are working with where you will be able to apply what you are learning and demonstrate the ability to get results.
Two monthly scheduled calls
Robert and you will schedule 2 phone or Zoom calls a month for 30 min each. Robert enages you on the 12 Coaching Conversations, as well as looks at how things are going.
You schedule 10-15 min calls as needed
You can take the initiative and schedule unlimited check-in calls with Robert for 5-15 min each as needed. Includes texts and emails.

Note from Robert Hargrove
I am the CEO of Masterful Coaching, Co-Director of the Harvard Leadership Research Project, and CEO Whisperer to many CEOs and top teams.
I’ve coached the Chairman of the NY Stock Exchange, Fortune 500 CEO of the Year, European Businessman of the Year, and Presidential Appointees.
I took what I learned coaching these and other leaders and created a methodology that I could then transfer to other people who wanted to coach executives and business owners.
This work is based on the premise that extraordinary leaders develop in the process of going for an “Impossible Future” and producing extraordinary results.
