We encourage you to have us work with both you and your team.

One to One

  • We first meet (often over dinner) to create a high-trust relationship.
  • We look at defining your most important goals and priorities.
  • We then speak 2X a month for 30 to 60 minutes about what is really on your mind.
  • I am available by email or phone in between those calls as needed.
  • Engagements are typically a year. 

Team Meetings

  • Any CEO or executive is only as good as his or her team.
  • We can help you build a high-performance team.
  • We meet with you and your team for 1 to 3 days over the year.
  • We work on developing a compelling vision, a go-forward strategy, or a successful implementation plan.
  • In the process, you become a great group and get rid of team dysfunctionalities.

360 Feedback

  • We each have bright side strengths and dark side derailers, which become our reputation.
  • We interview 8 to 10 people who work closely with you.
  • The intention is to help you lead from your bright side vs. dark side and make sure that your success is sustainable.
  • We then provide you 360 feedback in a transformational conversation.
