The Team Strategy Session gives leaders a chance to introduce their vision to their leadership team and to bring people together in creative collaboration to come up with the Winning Game Plan.

We ask people to stand in the Impossible Future, figure out major goals and milestones, as well as to identify the missing pieces that need to be put in place to get there.

We place a lot of emphasis on the fact that, in a world of discontinuous change, long-term strategic planning is out and execution is in.
