How we're different...
We scour the world to find truly Masterful Coaches, train them in our method, and carefully match them to the coachee's personal (organizational) goals aspirations. The coach stands in the place of being totally committed to the coachee's greatness as a leader, and totally believing in them.
- Declare an extraordinary future. We start each engagement by asking leaders to declare an extraordinary future for their business they can be truly passionate about. This leads to articulating their personal leadership and business challenges, and to creating a road map with their coach to reaching them. Leaders also work with their coach to create a Source Document that expresses their vision (goals), Teachable Point of View, key initiatives, key actions. This source document becomes a tool for leaders at other levelsto communicate (translate) the vision and values in their respective organizations. It also becomes a roadmap that the coach and coachee use to navigate their way to success over the course of the year.
- Take a stand to become an extraordinary leader. The opportunity to create an extraordinary future people are truly passionate about creates PULL to become extraordinary leaders vs. trying to PUSH leadership behaviors. The coach gathers 360°feedback and engages the coachee in a transformational conversation intended to help them break the grip and excel beyond old paradigms. Triple Loop Learning. We provide clients with a set of Masterful Coaching "leadership distinctions" that allows them to step up their game as leaders and actually move on the path towards becoming extraordinary. For example; choosing to stand in an inspired place, vs. being skeptical and cynical; "sourcing" an extraordinary future vs. being swept along by history; going for breakthroughs vs. being incremental; being collaborative, vs. controlling; action oriented vs. down in weeds.
- A strategic planning in action session with your team is conducted with the leader's team to address: 1) "What's so" with respect to their business today; 2) create goals the team work on to realize the extraordinary future; 3) identify "what's missing" that if provided that can make a difference. This often leads to a number of "catalytic initiatives" and or small projects that can be executed rapidly so as to build momentum towards goals.
- At each monthly coaching session the coach looks with the person at: "Insights and accomplishments?" "Issues and dilemmas?" and "What.s next?" This is a dynamic, robust, real time process that continually challenges people to create new openings for action, and to dynamically change their plan in order to succeed.
